INTRODUCTION - WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO?

We are the flagship brand of Multi11 Fantasy Private Limited, offering our platform to you and an opportunity to participate in contests spanning across a broad range of officially sanctioned live sporting events (“Services”).

An illustrative list of such sporting events is mentioned below as may be modified from time to time (“Sports”):

• Cricket
• Football
• Basketball
• Baseball
• Hockey
• Handball
• Volleyball
• Kabaddi

ACCEPTANCE OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your continued usage of Our Platform constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions, including any additional terms that we may make available to you (“Terms”) and are contractually binding on you.

You agree and consent to receive communications from us and/or our partners, licensors, or associates for any purpose through announcements, administrative messages, advertisements, and other means we consider fit.

USER ACCOUNT

You are required to register on our platform to create an account to access our services (“Account”). During registration, you will be required to provide the following:

• Full Name
• Team Name
• Mobile Number
• Full Address and State
• Date of Birth
• Identification documents like PAN, Aadhar, etc.
• Bank Account information and UPI ID

ELIGIBILITY

To participate in Paid Contests, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be above the age of 18
• Be a resident of India
• Have a valid Indian mobile number

Note that participation in Paid Contests is restricted in the following states:

• Andhra Pradesh
• Assam
• Nagaland
• Sikkim
• Telangana

CONTEST RULES AND FORMAT

Contest Rules

To participate in a contest, you must create a fantasy team by selecting real-life players. You must finalize your team before the contest deadline. Each contest may require a minimum number of participants.

Flexible and Non-Flexible Contests

A Flexible Contest becomes operational with two or more users, while a Non-Flexible Contest requires a pre-set number of users to participate.

Winning and Distribution of Prizes

Winners are declared based on the performance of the fantasy team in the contest. Winnings will be distributed as per the points accumulated, and ties will result in even distribution of prizes.

Verification of Winners

We may contact winners for document verification to claim their prize.

Payment Terms

All payment-related transactions are managed through the Unutilized Account and the Winning Account. We also offer discounts as promotional incentives, which are non-transferable.
